Hyena 250 watt/40NM rear hub motor and 7-amp hour 250-watt 36-volt battery. 3.5 hours to a full charge (about 2 hours to 80%). The battery is integrated by design: charge through the front-frame port wherever you park — no removal needed.

Your BER ships free, fully insured, in protective packaging to your door, with tracking emailed the moment it leaves our facility.

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. Orders begin shipping early July 2026.

We want you to be sure. Ride your BER for up to 30 days — if it’s not for you, contact us and we’ll arrange the return.

We just ask that the bike comes back in good, undamaged condition (normal signs of a test ride are completely fine) with its charger and accessories. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the bike is received and inspected. Before your bike ships, you can cancel for a full refund at any time, no questions asked.

The BER charges through an easy-access port in the front of the frame — no need to remove anything; just plug in wherever you park it (full charge in about 3.5 hours). The battery is UL-certified and built to last for years of regular riding, and when it eventually needs service our U.S.
service network can replace it.
